Hesabımı ve verilerimi silme talebi

Bu talep, Google Play'de yayımlanan Parsfilo Android uygulamalarındaki Google hesabıyla giriş yapılabilen hesaplar ve ilişkili veriler içindir. Uygulamayı kaldırmış olsanız da talepte bulunabilirsiniz.

  1. Aşağıdaki bağlantıyla kendi e-posta uygulamanızda talep oluşturun veya support@parsfilo.com adresine yazın.
  2. Hangi Parsfilo uygulamasını kullandığınızı ve ilgili hesapta kullandığınız e-posta adresini belirtin. Parola, giriş kodu, satın alma tokenı veya ödeme kartı bilgisi göndermeyin.
  3. Talebiniz alındıktan sonra kimlik doğrulaması ve silme kapsamı için sizinle iletişim kurulabilir. Hesap ve ilgili verilerin silinmesi, gerekiyorsa yasal saklama istisnalarıyla birlikte değerlendirilir.

E-postayla silme talebi başlat

Bu bağlantı e-posta taslağını açar; otomatik talep göndermez veya hesabı silmez. Aktif Google Play aboneliğiniz varsa hesabın silinmesi aboneliği otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Aboneliğinizi ayrıca Google Play üzerinden yönetebilirsiniz.

Silinecek ve saklanabilecek veriler

Kimliğiniz doğrulandıktan sonra Google ile girişin oluşturduğu uygulama hesabı (Firebase Authentication) ve hesabın kimliğine bağlı kullanıcı mesajları silme talebinin kapsamındadır. Silme işlemi sırasında önce ilgili veriler değerlendirilir, hesap kaydı en son ele alınır.

Varsa satın alma doğrulama kayıtları; hesap kimliği, e-posta adresi, ürün ve satın alma durumu gibi bilgiler içerebilir. Yalnızca yasal yükümlülükler, dolandırıcılık önleme veya uyuşmazlıkların çözümü için gerekli kayıtlar sınırlı şekilde tutulabilir. Saklanan veri türü ve geçerli ek saklama süresi, talebin değerlendirilmesi sırasında açıklanır; bütün veriler için sabit bir otomatik silme süresi vaat edilmez.

Bildirim tokenları ve cihaz kayıtları uygulama kurulumuna bağlı olabilir; hesap kimliğine güvenle bağlanamayan başka bir cihazın verileri rastgele silinmez. Talebinizde ilişkili cihaz verilerinin de incelenmesini isteyebilirsiniz.

Request account and associated-data deletion

This request path covers accounts accessed through Google sign-in in Parsfilo Android apps published on Google Play. You can request deletion even after uninstalling an app.

  1. Use the link below to prepare a message in your email app, or write to support@parsfilo.com.
  2. Specify the Parsfilo app and the email address associated with your app account. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, purchase tokens or payment card details.
  3. We may contact you to verify ownership and clarify the deletion scope. Account and associated-data deletion requests are reviewed, including any legally required data retention.

Prepare deletion request by email

This link opens an email draft; it does not send a request or delete an account automatically. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage any active subscription separately in Google Play.

Data deleted and data that may be retained

After your identity is verified, your app account created through Google sign-in (Firebase Authentication) and user messages linked to that account are within the deletion request's scope. The account record is considered for deletion after dependent data is reviewed.

Purchase-verification records, if present, may contain account identifiers, an email address, product details and purchase status. Records necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention or dispute resolution may be retained on a limited basis. The retained data categories and applicable additional retention period are explained during review of the request; no fixed automatic deletion period is promised for all data.

Push tokens and device records may be linked to an app installation rather than to the signed-in account. Unrelated device records are not deleted based on an unverified account match. You can ask us to review related device data in your request.

Löschung des Kontos und zugehöriger Daten beantragen

Hier können Sie die Löschung eines Kontos beantragen, das Sie über die Google-Anmeldung in einer Parsfilo-Android-App verwenden. Dies ist auch nach der Deinstallation möglich.

  1. Öffnen Sie über den Link unten einen Entwurf in Ihrer E-Mail-App oder schreiben Sie an support@parsfilo.com.
  2. Nennen Sie die Parsfilo-App und die mit Ihrem Konto verknüpfte E-Mail-Adresse. Senden Sie keine Passwörter, Anmeldecodes, Kauf-Token oder Zahlungsdaten.
  3. Zur Prüfung Ihrer Identität und des Löschumfangs können wir Sie kontaktieren. Die Löschung des Kontos und der zugehörigen Daten wird unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten geprüft.

Löschanfrage per E-Mail vorbereiten

Dieser Link öffnet nur einen E-Mail-Entwurf; er sendet nichts und löscht das Konto nicht automatisch. Ein Google-Play-Abonnement wird dadurch nicht automatisch gekündigt und muss gegebenenfalls separat über Google Play verwaltet werden.

Zu löschende und möglicherweise aufzubewahrende Daten

Nach Prüfung Ihrer Identität umfasst der Löschantrag Ihr über Google-Anmeldung angelegtes App-Konto (Firebase Authentication) und mit diesem Konto verknüpfte Nutzernachrichten. Die Löschung des Kontos wird erst nach Prüfung der zugehörigen Daten bearbeitet.

Vorhandene Kaufprüfungsdaten können Konto-ID, E-Mail-Adresse, Produkt und Kaufstatus enthalten. Für gesetzliche Pflichten, Betrugsprävention oder Streitbeilegung erforderliche Daten können in begrenztem Umfang aufbewahrt werden. Die betroffenen Datenkategorien und die jeweils geltende zusätzliche Aufbewahrungsdauer werden bei Bearbeitung des Antrags erläutert; eine feste automatische Löschfrist für alle Daten wird nicht zugesagt.

Push-Tokens und Gerätedatensätze können einer App-Installation statt dem angemeldeten Konto zugeordnet sein. Nicht zuordenbare Datensätze anderer Geräte werden nicht ohne verlässlichen Nachweis gelöscht. Sie können die Prüfung zugehöriger Gerätedaten zusätzlich anfordern.
